Every person being tattooed has the right:
| • |

| • |
To the peace of mind which comes from knowing that their Tattoo Artist/Tattooist knows and practices the very highest standards of sterilization and hygiene. |
| • |
To be tattooed in a scrupulously hygienic, open environment, by a clean, conscientious Tattoo Artist/Tattooist wearing a fresh pair of disposable latex gloves. |
| • |
To be tattooed with a brand-new, completely sterilized needle, which is immediately disposed of in a medical sharps container after use on the tattoo recipient alone. |
| • |
To be touched only with freshly sterilized, appropriate implements, properly used and disposed of or re-sterilized in an autoclave prior to use on anyone else. |
| • |
To be "fitted" with the appropriate sized tattoo and placed properly with your approval prior to the initiation of the tattoo. |
| • |
To be fully informed about proper aftercare and to have continuing access to their Tattoo Artist/Tattooist for consultation and assistance with all their tattoo related questions. |
Although tattoos have become more mainstream in recent years, making the decision and taking the plunge is still a big commitment. Selecting the right design for you is very important - after all, you will live with the design for the rest of your life. For this very reason, your artist will conduct a series of free consultation sessions prior to commencing work. During these sessions, your design will be discussed at length until you are happy that you're making the right choice. With expert advice on tap, you can be sure that the commitment you make is right for you.
